booking conditions
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. (Full payment is required at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If your booking has been made within 30 days of your arrival date, the full accommodation charges apply.
Cancellation / “No Show” / Early Departures: If you sadly have to cancel your Koolinda stay, your deposit and balance if paid (less an administration charge of $50) will be refunded. However, cancellations within 7 days of your arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation charge. For “no show” bookings, we will have to charge you one night’s accommodation. If you have to shorten your stay and leave early, as long as timely notification of at least one week is given, we will only charge you one night extra on top of the actual number of nights stayed.
