Koolinda by the Bay’s four spacious luxury indoor living areas feature contemporary-style furniture, accessories and artwork throughout, while the Victorian Ash timber flooring throughout the house creates an open light feel.
The fully-functional kitchen is complemented by the dining room with 8 seater square table and chairs to provide that “home away from home” feel.
The two bedrooms downstairs each have a king bed that can convert into twin configuration. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and there is also a pavilion-style bedroom separate from the main house, with a king bed.
The home’s great outdoor living areas allow you to take in the stunning views of Roebuck Bay for a truly alfresco dinning experience or watch the natural phenomenon of the ‘Staircase to the Moon’ (seasonally) on the outside decks.
The 17 metre lap pool is well fenced for child safety, with an extensive poolside area which is fantastic for entertaining. There is also a large fenced-in grassed area for children to play on which makes for a great family holiday.
